Refund Policy

Returns

Unopened packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The pack must be sealed and in its original condition. For food-safety reasons we cannot accept a pack once its seal is broken, unless it arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email staminorgensengtea@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 324 842 4925 with your confirmation number. We arrange the pickup — you do not need to visit a courier office.

Refunds

Because orders are paid cash on delivery, approved refunds are returned by bank transfer or mobile wallet, usually within 7 working days of us receiving the returned pack. The PKR 300 delivery charge is refunded only where the order was damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once it is with the courier, treat it as a return.
