What we collect

When you place an order we collect only what is needed to deliver it:

• Your name, phone number, delivery address and city
• Your email address, if you choose to provide one
• The items, quantities and total for your order

We do not collect card or bank details — every order is cash on delivery, paid directly to the courier.

How we use it

• To confirm, pack and deliver your order
• To contact you about that order
• To handle returns, refunds and support requests

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Your name, address and phone number are shared with the courier carrying your parcel, because they cannot deliver it otherwise. Order records are stored with our hosting and database providers.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing staminorgensengtea@gmail.com. We may need to keep basic order records where the law requires it.

Cookies

Your cart is kept in your own browser’s local storage so it survives a refresh. It stays on your device and is never sent to us until you complete an order.
